Do I need to be 'tech-savvy' to use this?
Not at all.
If you can use ChatGPT, Google Docs, or email, you’ll feel right at home.
Each step is designed to be intuitive and supportive - and you’ll get simple tools, templates, and clear instructions for everything.
What tools or platforms will I need?
You'll need a few other things.
You must use at least the PLUS plan within ChatGPT. The free version just won't work for this.
I also recommend using a google doc or Notion workspace to save your work
I provide detailed instructions within the mini-course for each step.
Will my interactions be shared with Everything on Purpose?
No. Your reflections are processed only within your ChatGPT session.
Everything on Purpose is committed to providing a nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals - the interactions are not shared with (or accessible to) anyone at Everything on Purpose.
How long does it take to get through the whole program?
Each step is self-paced, so that totally depends on how much time you're able to dedicate to working through them.
Each GPT Guide will work with you for as long as it takes to garner the full benefit from each one, so my advice is to take your time and not rush any step.
They're also available for as long as ChatGPT is - so leverage them whenever you want to revisit a discussion as many times as you like! They are powerful multi-use tools at your fingertips.
