How long does it take to get through the whole program?
Unlike traditional courses, you don't have to binge, or block off weekends to 'get through' this, because each interaction is self-paced and can be as short as 15 min. which fits true transformation inside the margins of your already busy life!
Each GPT Guide will work with you for as long as it takes to garner the full benefit from each one, so my advice is to take your time and not rush any step.
They're also available for as long as ChatGPT is - so leverage them whenever you want to revisit a discussion as many times as you like! They are powerful multi-use tools at your fingertips.
The Purge Your Broken Patterns course (which is coming soon) is a video based course that walks you step-by-step through a deep renewal process, so that can easily take a few hours - and it should also be revisited to work through as many 'issues' as you uncover - so again, it's an ongoing resource to leverage over time.
Do I need to be 'tech-savvy' to use this?
Not at all.
If you can use ChatGPT, Google Docs, or email, you’ll feel right at home.
Each step is designed to be intuitive and supportive - and you’ll get simple tools, templates, and clear instructions for everything.
What tools or platforms will I need?
You'll need a few other things.
You must use at least the PLUS plan within ChatGPT. The free version just won't work for this.
I also recommend using a google doc or Notion workspace to save your work.
I provide detailed instructions within the mini-course for each step.
Will my interactions be shared with Everything on Purpose?
No. Your reflections are processed only within your ChatGPT session.
